Driven by a deep passion for inclusive hiring practices, she founded Inclusive Hiring Works to help organisations build fairer, more equitable recruitment processes. With a CMI qualification in leading equality, diversity and inclusion, Rachel partners with employers to provide expert advice and practical training, supporting them in turning their DE&I ambitions into meaningful action.
